Thanks for the comment. I would have loved to have been able to cherry pick bank rolls back in the 50′s & 60′s but I wasn’t even a gleam in my dad’s eye till 1968. It would be nice to have some contemporary coins to collect with intrinsic value but they are all clads & essentially not worth the metal they are minted in anymore…

I absolutely love the 1881CC Morgan Dollar. When I was a kid the Carson City dollars were the coins I’d always try to collect. Back then it they were in ‘good’ condition at best, but it’s nice being able to find (afford) better examples.
